Integrity: Def 1. Relationship of oneself to one's word.
Def2. The state of being whole and complete.
Def3. When the state of being matches the words or vice versa.
Def4. You said you were going to do something.

Integrity: to be whole and complete with oneself and others. Respect and honor yourself and others.
Integrity is walking where your feet are. And no need to preach or teach; for your walking is your preaching.
Integrity is just about BEING it, instead of talking about it or discussing it.
Integrity is when your actions are in synch with your declaration.

There is integrity in a definitive yes/no.
There is integrity in straight, direct communication.
There is integrity in authentic being.
There is integrity in taking responsibility for ones actions.
There is integrity in doing things the way they were designed to be done.
There is integrity in conscious creation.
There is integrity in doing what you said you were going to do by when you were going to do it, otherwise cleaning it up and making a new promise and keeping that promise
There is integrity in being true to your principles and values.

There is no integrity in complaining.
There is no integrity in blaming others.
There is no integrity in trying to figure life out.
There is no integrity in making others wrong.
There is no integrity in making yourself wrong for not keeping your promises.
